OVERVIEW
Through SCADpro, I evaluated Villa Albertine’s digital experience and identity using AI-assisted analysis and user journey mapping. I developed research plans with key stakeholders and proposed a new digital structure and design systems. This work informed recommendations for future UX opportunities across the organization’s digital experience.
