Deloitte Housing × SCADpro

I led research planning and coordinated a team of seven for a Deloitte-sponsored housing project through SCADpro. I developed research frameworks, scheduled and facilitated interviews with users and stakeholders, and managed the team’s research activities. I brought the findings together in research reports to support the project’s direction.
